fabric support services; either based on site or through our mobile service.

specialise in maintenance on all levels. We use modern maintenance techniques ensuring that clients
assets are operated and maintenanced to maximise efficiency and reliability.
Operational work is scheduled through our strategic asset management programme. The computerised on line
system, Pirana, enables us to give
maximum visibility to the workload and asset history.
In 2009 Cavendish Engineers were
finalists in the BSEE industry awards for ‘Best Service and Maintenance’
Provider and nominated by one of our clients. This demonstrates our passion to good quality maintenance.
Cavendish applies predicted failure techniques and can upgrade facilities to protect functionality and
reliability at a lower cost.
