Cavendish Engineers has considerable experience with Heritage Buildings in London. We understand the challenges of being able to provide low carbon technologies, in heritage buildings.

With the majority of buildings in London falling into this category, this has become an ever increasing problem. Cavendish has over ten years experience in design and installing technologies, which are suited to heritage and old buildings. We are able to provide recommendations, which will not only fall into the ECA (Enhanced Capital Allowances) category, but will be compliant with the English Heritage requirements.

We are able to liaise with the English Heritage and the National Trust to provide a solution that will be in keeping with the style and purpose of the building.

Our works in heritage buildings include; the Façade cleaning of a Grade 1 listed building, complete Lighting and LED replacement, design and installation of a CHP and Power Perfector and structural investigation of 1900’s building columns.
