Reducing OFGEM’s energy by bill
Ofgem – the countries Electrical Gas and Markets Regulator occupy a historic and complex building in Westminster on the banks of the Thames.
This listed building is home to Defra and Ofgem and is the offices of the Energy Minister Mr Chris Hulne MP.
Since 2001 Cavendish has worked with OFGEM and DEFRA to reduce carbon usage within the Heritage building framework. Designing and installing combined heat power in 2003 we continue to develop energy reducing schemes with the installation of Power Perfector in 2008. Overall we have reduced energy by 20% since 2002 levels.
